SENSE RETREAT

The SENSE Retreat is a truly unique and progressive opportunity. We are combining deep rest and restoration for highly sensitive people, with active research from sensitivity experts who will also be sharing their knowledge and insights directly with you in curated workshops, talks and creative activities. Thus, the SENSE Retreat is a generative experience that supports the emergence of your subtle yet powerful gifts.

Retreat attendees are invited to participate in specialised sensitivity research projects with the shared aim of furthering and advancing the wellbeing and special capacities of highly sensitive people. By taking part, retreat attendees are actively shaping the outcomes which will inform our collective future.

LOCATION

The perfect retreat space is at the multi-award winning Broughton Sanctuary which offers highly sensitive people the optimal conditions for deep rest and rejuvenation whilst they discover their hidden talents to become fully empowered in their sensitivity.

Broughton Sanctuary is an ancient site that houses the historic Broughton Hall and state of the art Avalon wellbeing centre. Both sit within a 3000 acre Sanctuary on the Broughton Hall Estate, at the foothills to the idyllic Yorkshire Dales National Park.

With extensive indoor and outdoor resources we are in the perfect place for Highly Sensitive People to experience deep rest and to thrive in their scared capacities for experiencing the subtle whilst cultivating interconnectedness.
